I received my degree in Genetics, Cell Biology, and Developmental Biology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. After working in agricultural genetic research out of college, I decided to transition to the classroom. In the classroom, I have taught all middle-grade science subjects. For the past year and a half, I have worked out of the classroom in partnership with College Board Advanced Placement and Study.com to develop study materials and questions for AP Biology and AP Chemistry.
