Brennan Mercker is an educator who has been active at the middle school, high school, and university level for over 6 years. He has accumulated over 200 hours of volunteer tutoring in Spanish, algebra, multivariable calculus, chemistry, and physics, and he was employed by the University of Houston for two years as a professional German tutor. He also worked at Houston Community College as a supplemental instructor for both chemistry and education classes, which has given him a unique view into how to help students succeed in their transition to college.

Brennan now works as a chemistry and biotechnology teacher at the Canterbury School in Fort Myers, where he helps students excel through a mastery-based teaching approach. He believes that any student can succeed, whether they seek to soar beyond their current curriculum or master what they’re learning in class. Brennan has extensive experience adapting to students’ individual learning styles to meet their specific needs, and he takes pride in being able to help students reach their full potential in the classroom.
