An armbar uses lever mechanics. A lever is a simple type of machine. There are four parts to a lever:
1- A Fulcrum (Hips) 2- An Effort (Hug It) 3- Load (Elbow) 4- A Tap (or- OW, OW, OW, OW, OWWWW!!!!!) This is only the first of many lessons!!!
Mr. Cameron has been an MMA Instructor for over 18 years and has trained hundreds of students and has taken dozens of those students to Jiu-Jitsu tournaments all over the state of Florida! He is also one of our newest tutors at DNA Academics! This will be an experience for sure!
Grades: Will be split by Grades, 2nd-5th and 5th and Up
