To maintain the quality of our services and respect our tutors’ commitment, we have established the following cancellation policy for individual tutoring sessions and classes:
Individual Tutoring Sessions
1. Cancellation Notice:
We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling requests for individual tutoring sessions be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to effectively manage our tutors’ schedules and potentially offer the session slot to another student in need of assistance. Please contact our team promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
2. Cancellation Charges:
If a cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window prior to the scheduled session, the full charge of the session will be applied. This policy ensures that our tutors’ time and effort are appropriately compensated, as they dedicate valuable resources to prepare for each session.
3. Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that emergencies or unforeseen events can arise, leading to last-minute cancellations. In such cases, we encourage you to reach out to our team as soon as possible, providing details about the exceptional circumstances. While we typically enforce the full charge for cancellations within the 24-hour window, we will review these cases on an individual basis, taking into consideration the specific circumstances and the student’s history with us.
Classes:
For our classes, we have a different payment structure in place. Full payment is required upfront as classes are designed to cover comprehensive subjects in an organized curriculum. We do not issue per session payments for classes.
